So much of that questions that we hardly know what is the answer. Frequently, we do not know what is the cause of a slow down PC.
You need to be a detective once a while to perform an investigation to your own PC problem. Recall back what is the latest program that you have served or viewed in the net. Remove the unwanted program one by one may also help to reduce the slow down. Do not forget that your past installation of certain softwares may sometimes interrupt your system and it is better to delete them than trying to work with them.
